As our factory mainly engages in spot wholesale, new products will undergo market testing for three months (or half a year). Our company currently defaults to sending via ZTO Express. The first weight shipping fee is 5 yuan. For more urgent items, we support paying the difference and sending via SF Express. For specific details, please contact our online customer service!
Under normal circumstances, orders paid before 4 p.m. should be dispatched on the same day as much as possible. Orders placed after 4 p.m. will be arranged for dispatch the next day. Customers who expect their orders to be dispatched on the same day should place their orders and complete the payment as early as possible to avoid the peak order period between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.!
"Regarding Inspection
Please check the goods according to the order status before the Courier leaves the scene. If you find that the quantity is incomplete or the goods are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist members in handling the relevant after-sales matters. If the Courier leaves the scene and the member fails to inspect the goods, the consequences shall be borne by the member.
"Regarding Out-of-Stock"
Due to the continuous increase in product styles, some styles are too popular or are still in production in the factory, which may lead to shortages. For orders with less than five items out of stock, we generally do not notify customers. We will send the items in stock to you as soon as possible. After you receive the goods, we will refund the corresponding amount of the out-of-stock items or make up for them in future orders. Since it would be a huge waste of shipping costs to reissue one or several products separately, if it is indeed necessary to reissue them separately, the shipping costs will be borne by ourselves. Our company is unable to bear the shipping costs incurred from reissuing. If there are a large number of items out of stock (usually 5 pieces or less), we will notify you through Wangwang or phone, etc. We will make arrangements after you make a decision.
