Regarding color difference
All product photos are taken by professional photographers in real time and then corrected and adjusted in post-production, striving to be consistent with the actual warranty period of the products. However, due to lighting, display color deviations, and individual differences in color understanding, there may be color differences between a few actual items and photos. If you cannot accept this, please be cautious when taking photos.
Regarding dimensions
Purely measured by hand, there may be an error of 1-3cm, which is within the normal error range. If you cannot accept this, please proceed with caution.
About express delivery
To ensure that you receive your items in good condition, we would like to remind you to check if the package is intact and if there are any signs of it having been opened when signing for it. We also remind you to inspect your package in person with the Courier.
The 7-day no-reason return and exchange policy
Our store offers a 7-day no-reason return and exchange service. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return or exchange them as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. The original condition of the product and packaging refers to: the product has not been used, has a label, has not been removed, has complete accessories, has not been modified, has not been damaged by human factors, and does not affect secondary sales.
2. For returns and exchanges caused by quality issues, we will bear the postage. For returns and exchanges not caused by quality issues, the postage shall be borne by the buyer.
