If any product is damaged or has other quality issues due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate with a fresh seal and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in claiming compensation.
4. After receiving the goods, take photos of any damage during transportation and send them to us. We will refund the amount based on the quantity. If any quality issues arise with the received products, our company will take full responsibility.
