① Regarding sampling

For products that require sampling, a sampling fee must be paid before our company starts production. A 50% refund can be made upon formal order placement. The sampling time is generally 10 days.

② Regarding the LOGO

Please provide a complete and clear electronic drawing ai, size and Pantone color number/color sample.

③ Regarding printing

Most of our company's products are plastic items and can be produced and printed. For specific printing quantities or custom colors, please consult our customer service.

※ Arrival Notice

When receiving the goods, please open the box for inspection and then sign.

2. If damage is found, the handling process is as follows:

① Take photos for record (outer box condition picture + product damage picture);

② If the visa is refused, ask the freight station/delivery person how to handle it.

③ Please inform our company of the damaged photos and the situation.

※ Special Note: When signing for the goods, be sure to inspect them first. If you do not inspect and sign, any damage found later will be borne by the buyer themselves. Because once signed, it means there will be no problem with the receipt. The freight or express delivery company will not bear any responsibility, and our company is also unable to help you protect your rights and interests. If the delivery person does not allow you to inspect the goods, please refuse to sign and contact us.
