【 Purchase Notice

As the beads are hand-polished, there may be reasonable errors, which do not affect the subjective aesthetic appeal. Some natural stone crystals have natural cotton-like inclusions, ice cracks, mineral deficiencies, and hard injuries caused by human factors during the polishing process. These are all normal phenomena and do not fall under product quality issues. If you have any other questions, please contact customer service, and our customer service will do their best to solve the problems for you.

"Regarding Color Difference

All the products in our store are photographed in real life. The color of the products may vary depending on the lighting conditions. Color errors are affected by lighting, mobile phone screens, computer screens, etc. Please refer to the actual products.

【 Out of Stock Notice

Our store's products are rather complex and diverse, and the inventory is occasionally inaccurate. Over 95% of them are in stock. In case of any shortage, we will make a note on the list. A refund will be given upon receipt of the goods (the shortage payment only includes the return amount and does not include shipping). We will not inform you separately (unless there is a large shortage of goods, we will notify you). This is hereby declared!
