4. Freight description

Ii. Regarding the Price
Our store is a factory direct sales store. Iii. Regarding receiving the goods
Please inspect the goods before signing for them!

If the product is found to be damaged during inspection, please reject it immediately and contact us! If you sign for the goods without inspecting them, the cost of return or exchange shall be borne by yourself!
If there is a shortage of goods, please leave us a message within 24 hours after signing for the package. We will verify the situation for you as soon as possible. If the packaging of the goods is damaged, the goods are missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express delivery and contact us for handling
3. We will do our best to enhance the packaging of the goods and try to avoid losses as much as possible. However, losses during normal transportation are inevitable. In case of any losses, we will solve the problem by replenishing the spare parts in the next purchase instead of sending them separately. We apologize for any inconvenience. If the customer requests separate replacement of parts, the round-trip freight shall be borne by the customer.
Iv. Regarding Returns and exchanges
1. Our store generally does not support no-reason returns. If a return is truly necessary due to the buyer's personal reasons, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. We will not accept cash-on-delivery items (we have purchased shipping insurance, and the return shipping cost will be covered by the insurance company).
