Microfiber rags are also known as microfiber wiping cloths, non-shedding fiber cleaning towels, and non-shedding fiber towels.
Microfiber cloth; It is finely spun from high-density microfibers that are only 1% of human hair. The special wedge-shaped cross-section enables it to capture even dust particles of a few microns more effectively. Its oil-removing, stain-removing and water-absorbing effects are very obvious. It feels soft, has a bright color, does not shed threads, does not shed fibers, does not breed bacteria, does not shrink, and has a lifespan five times that of ordinary dishcloths. It can be reused repeatedly.
Microfiber cloths have six major characteristics:
One: High water absorption: The water absorption capacity is seven times that of the same cotton cloth. Superfine fibers are divided into eight segments by the orange segment technology, which increases the surface area of the fibers and the number of pores in the fabric. The water absorption effect is enhanced by the capillary core suction effect. Rapid water absorption and quick drying are its notable characteristics.
Second: Strong decontamination power: The microfibers with a diameter of 0.4um are only 1/10 the fineness of real silk. Their special cross-section can more effectively capture dust particles as small as a few micrometers, and the decontamination and oil removal effects are very obvious.
Three: No hair loss: The high-strength synthetic fiber filaments are not easy to break. At the same time, the fine weaving method is adopted, which does not draw threads, does not shed loops, and the fibers are not easy to fall off the surface of the towel.
Four: Long lifespan: Due to the high strength and toughness of microfibers, their service life is more than four times that of ordinary towels. They remain unchanged even after multiple washes. Moreover, high-molecular polymer fibers do not undergo protein hydrolysis like cotton fibers. Even if they are not sun-dried after use, they will not mold or rot, thus having an extremely long lifespan.
Five: Easy to clean: When using ordinary towels, especially natural fiber towels, dust, grease, dirt and other substances on the surface of the object being wiped are directly absorbed into the fibers. After use, they remain in the fibers and are difficult to remove. After being used for a long time, they may even become hard and lose elasticity, affecting their use. Microfiber towels adsorb dirt between the fibers (rather than inside the fibers). Coupled with their high fineness and density, they have strong adsorption capacity. After use, they only need to be washed with clean water or a little detergent.
Six: No color Fading: The dyeing process uses dyes such as TF-215 specifically designed for microfiber materials. Their retarding, transfer, high-temperature dispersion, and color fading properties all meet the strict standards for export to the international market. Particularly, the advantage of no color fading ensures that it will not cause any color fading pollution when cleaning the surface of items
