The freight is for products under 60 centimeters. For those over 60 centimeters, an additional freight will be charged for overweight items. All product prices are tax-exclusive. If an invoice is required, please contact customer service to make up the tax payment point!

2. We have a design team that can produce based on samples, design based on drawings, and make samples. We can meet the requirements of all kinds of gift companies. All dolls can be printed with embroidered logos, screen-printed logos, fabric LOGO logos and heat transfer logos.

3. By joining our store as a distribution agent, you can receive watermark-free high-definition image data packages, which will increase the conversion rate of your store and enable you to enjoy one-click quick services.

4. We are a factory direct sales store, with sources from the origin, a complete range of products, sufficient supply and guaranteed quality.

5. Regarding packaging: Unless otherwise specified, all products in our store are packaged in transparent bags by default, with the outer packaging being express woven bags

6. Regarding shipping: Orders placed before 4 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be dispatched the next day. If you need expedited service, please contact customer service

7. Regarding express delivery: All small-batch products in our store are default to ZTO Express, waiting for delivery. For designated express delivery companies, please contact customer service. For large quantities, the logistics customer service will notify separately!

2. Determine the intention to cooperate.

3. Provide samples, quantities, construction periods, specifications, materials, filling and other process requirements of the products to be processed. Meanwhile, we have calculated the preliminary price range.

4. The customer provides physical samples (two physical samples are needed, one for plate making and the other for plate revision).

5. The factory also charges for plate-making. Physical sample making is 200 yuan per order, and drawing making is 800 yuan per order. After the order is successfully signed, the sample fee will be refunded or used as the payment for the goods.

6. The factory prints out samples and quotes the exact unit price and construction period of the products. (Note: The processing time for samples is generally 5 working days, and for drawings, it is 7 working days.)

7. The customer puts forward modification suggestions and plans, and the factory modifies the sample as required.

8. Both parties confirm the final preliminary sample.

9. Sign the production contract. For regular products, a 70% advance deposit of the total payment will be charged; for special products, a 90% advance deposit will be charged.

10. The factory arranges for processing and production.

11. Before the factory delivers the bulk goods, the customer settles the remaining balance. We will arrange the shipment. (If the customer fails to pay the balance on time, resulting in a delay in shipment, Party B shall be responsible.)

12. The order has been completed. Please keep in touch and look forward to long-term cooperation.

Regarding freight charges and shipments:

Orders under 1,500 yuan will be sent by express delivery

Orders over 2,1,000 yuan can be sent by express delivery or logistics. If you choose logistics, the shipping fee will be paid on delivery. It will take about a week for the goods to arrive after shipment. Logistics will not deliver to your door. Please pick up at the freight station (if the location is remote, you may need to pick up in the urban area). If you need logistics, please contact customer service to modify the shipping fee after placing the order and then make the payment.

If the express delivery is not available, please contact us to send it by another Courier

4. Other products in our store can be mixed in bulk for orders over 500 yuan. We also offer custom processing based on samples. Our products are of high quality and low price. We welcome all customers to negotiate business.
