Buyer's Notice

Our factory adheres to the principle of honest operation. All products are sold at real prices through physical photography and can be ordered directly. 2. The production of hoses is all processed on the spot according to customer requirements. Generally, for quantities within a thousand, they will be dispatched the next day; for quantities within three days, they will be dispatched. In case of peak sales season or shortage of accessories, resulting in delayed delivery, we will definitely inform you in advance.

3. The prices of all products from our factory are factory prices, excluding freight and tax. For a payment of 800 to 300 yuan, it is recommended to use express delivery (with logistics tracking information). For payments over 3,000 yuan, it is suggested to use a dedicated logistics line, which is relatively cheaper. If there is no delivery tracking record, you need to pick it up yourself. 4. Generally, the goods will arrive within 2 to 7 days after shipment. The delivery time varies depending on the distance. The seller cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. If you need the seller's help to check the logistics progress, please contact us at any time. When the buyer picks up the goods, please check that the packaging is intact before signing for it. If there is any damage, please do not sign for it and contact us in time.

5. The products of our factory are guaranteed for 3 to 5 years within the usage conditions specified in the product description, depending on the grade. Our small factory operates at a low profit margin but in large quantities. If there are any quality issues with the products, we offer a policy of return or exchange without providing any economic compensation. Thank you for your understanding!

Warranty Statement: In the event of quality issues with this product, within the warranty period, if the quality problem occurs within 30 days after the payment date, we support returns and exchanges, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by our factory. If it exceeds 30 days, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If it is within the warranty period, free repair is provided. However, if replacement parts require costs, they will be borne by the buyer
