Regarding the question of who will bear the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges:

If the return or exchange is due to any of the following circumstances, the shipping cost for the return shall be borne by the seller. (It is hereby specially declared that all cash on delivery will not be accepted!) The freight is prepaid by the buyer. We will replenish it to you after receiving the goods.

1. The wrong goods were sent due to the negligence of the staff.

2. If the return or exchange is due to the following circumstances, it will not be regarded as a quality issue, and the shipping cost for the return or exchange shall be borne by the buyer:

1. Insignificant and washable small dust and dirt (fishing gear products are tools, not handicrafts);
2. Self-handled and self-repaired delamination and thread separation (for example: the detachment of the guide ring on fishing rods with guide rings such as sea rods, etc. The detachment of the guide ring is not a quality issue. One reason is to replace the section for maintenance in the future, etc.) When retracting the rod, do not use the backward impact method, as this can easily loosen the guide ring or bottom cap and cause it to fall off. The correct method is not to apply too much force when pulling out the rod section. When retracting the rod, while retracting with force, apply a force that makes the two rod sections rotate against each other at the same time. In this way, the rod section can be retracted relatively easily. If the guide ring of the fishing rod accidentally falls off, just use AB glue or 502 glue to stick it back together, and it will not affect normal use.

No factory can guarantee a zero defect rate. International standards allow for a defect rate of 3%. After we receive it and verify it to be true, we will offer a return or exchange. The returned or exchanged goods cannot be used, modified or repaired. They must not be damaged by human factors. If it is found that they have been used, modified or intentionally damaged by human factors, they will not be returned or exchanged. The package and original accessories must be returned intact and in their original condition. Otherwise, no refund or exchange will be accepted or a certain amount of payment will be deducted. If the goods are returned without contacting customer service, they will be regarded as abandoned. We do not accept any form of cash on delivery!
