Ordering process

This clause is specially formulated to clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both the supply and demand sides and standardize business operations.

Special emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds. (However, products with factory quality issues can be exchanged through negotiation, but the transportation costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer. Our quotations are all factory prices in Chenghai without any charges. Although our company has quality inspectors who conduct strict checks on the products before, during and after production to ensure that the product quality is 100% problem-free before shipment, However, due to various uncertain factors, our company can only guarantee that 97% to 98% of the products have no quality issues upon arrival, and 2% to 3% are within the scope of exemption.

I. Regarding the minimum order quantity
All toys are ordered in the minimum quantity noted on the website! For most products, the minimum order quantity is one box. We will ship more than five boxes each time. For some products that require five or even ten boxes to place an order, we will inform you during the negotiation! Our company does not support mixed wholesale or retail. Each style is ordered by the box at least!

Ii. Regarding sample fees
Wholesale does not provide samples. Please refer to the four-angle pictures and videos on our company's website. (Note: If the stall or foreign trade company definitely needs samples for confirmation, the sample fee will be charged at double the rate.) For samples under 50 yuan, the fee will be charged at 50 yuan. The sample fee can be refunded based on the order situation. Please negotiate with the salesperson for specific details. The express delivery fee is payable on delivery.

Iii. Product Quotation
Our company's website directly offers the factory price (i.e., the factory delivery price, without invoicing, excluding shipping fees and any other charges). For customers from other places, we will handle the shipment on their behalf. The customer can specify the logistics, freight, express delivery, etc., and the freight will be paid on delivery.

Iv. Payment Method:

Only cash on delivery is accepted. Payment can be made via Alipay or bank transfer.

If the order requires a certain production time, a 30% deposit should be paid first, and the balance should be settled one day before shipment.

V. Delivery Time
After receiving the customer's payment or deposit, our company will prepare the goods, which usually takes about 1 to 3 days. As the order requires stocking up (some need to be produced), we kindly ask you to place your order as early as possible based on the actual situation to avoid our company being unable to arrange it in case of urgent need, which may affect the business development of the guests. After all the goods are ready, they will be dispatched according to the transportation method confirmed by the customer and our customer service staff. If there are some products that need to be delivered late, our salesperson will also notify the customer separately. The customer can choose to exchange or cancel the out-of-stock products.

Vi. Delivery Time
It varies depending on the distance of each region, transportation conditions and mode of transportation. For specific information, please confirm with our salesperson or the carrier company.

Vii. Receiving Standards:
After receiving the goods, please carefully inspect them in front of the logistics company staff. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening, please open and count the goods on the spot. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods for the time being. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
2. All products undergo strict inspection before leaving the factory. As they are plastic toys, the quality guarantee rate upon leaving the factory is over 97% to 98%.
3. As all our shipments are handled by logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there will always be a few minor losses during normal transportation. Each transportation company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. Due to the frequent occurrence of toys being crushed during transportation, we do not bear the transportation liability insurance. It is recommended to purchase insurance during transportation. The normal handling fee is 3% to 5%. Please carefully inspect the goods before picking them up.
4. We deliver the goods on behalf of the customers and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All freight charges are on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there is any damage or other issues, the freight can be used as a guarantee. It is generally recommended not to make advance payments.

Viii. After-sales Service
If any individual product has serious quality issues that affect its use, please provide pictures or other evidence within three days after receiving the goods (any excess will be at your own risk). Our company will arrange for a solution based on the actual situation. If the problem can be solved by providing accessories, the accessories will be sent together with the ordered goods when the customer makes the next purchase. If the problem can only be solved by returning the entire product, please return the complete product. However, the round-trip transportation costs will be borne by the customer. The returned product will be sent together with the customer's next order. (Please inform us before returning.
Due to the particularity of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company are not subject to the "three guarantees" policy. If any problems arise after use, our company will not bear any responsibility. If it is within our capacity, we will help solve these problems, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer.
Special products shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements reached between our customer service staff and the customers.

Ix. Exemption Clauses
All the goods are produced and dispatched based on customer orders. The products are mainly made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper materials. During transportation, especially in some long-distance cities, there is a possibility that some products may suffer from transportation damage (such as slight scratches due to collisions, or slight deformation of some color boxes in color box packaging, etc.). So far, no serious transportation losses have been found for "Deppon Logistics", "Jiaji" and "Huayu". Buyers who are concerned should consider carefully before placing an order...
2. Our toys are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers find the workmanship a bit rough and flawed after receiving the goods

3. All dimensions are measured manually. An error of 1-2 cm is normal.
