★ Receiving standards
When picking up the goods by yourself, please carefully inspect them in front of the staff of the logistics and freight company. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening, please open and count the goods on the spot. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the problem and compensate. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods for the time being. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
2. We deliver the goods on behalf of the customers and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All freight charges are on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there is any damage or other issues, the freight can be used as a guarantee. It is generally recommended not to make advance payments.

★ Sample fee
Whether you are a retail, wholesale or gift order customer, we treat everyone equally and do not provide samples for free. If you do need them, we will sell them at a price 20% higher than the actual retail price. The difference in sample prices can be refunded after the order is confirmed.

★ After-sales Service
In principle, we do not accept returns. However, in special circumstances such as individual defective items or products that need to be returned, our company will deduct 20% of the goods' price as a fee! The shipping cost required for return shall be borne by the buyer. The profit is extremely low! We do not offer replacement or exchange services. The manufacturer will refund 80% of the return amount for defective goods. If you cannot accept this clause, please do not place an order!
2. Due to the particularity of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company are not subject to the "three guarantees" policy. If any problems arise after use, our company will not bear any responsibility. If it is within our capacity, we will help solve these problems, but all related costs shall be borne by the customer. All the products we sell are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure their quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97% to 98% of the products have no quality issues upon arrival, while 2% to 3% are within the scope of exemption.
