• 2. Regarding size

  All dimensions are measured manually, so there may be some errors. Customers who have overly high requirements for dimensions must clearly inform the customer service of the acceptable error range before purchasing. If no explanation is given, an error range within 10% is considered normal sales. Those who demand perfection without any minor flaws should be cautious when placing an order. Thank you!

• 3. Regarding color

• All the products in our store are photographed in real life. However, due to various reasons such as different displays, there may be slight color differences between the pictures you see and the actual items. Please refer to the actual items

• 4. Customized process

• Product Inquiry: Customers provide detailed information about product pictures or actual samples (material, size, quantity, packaging), and our factory will quote based on the information requirements

• Product sample-making process: After the customer confirms the product design draft and pays the mold fee, our factory will arrange for the mold to be made for sampling and confirm the sample with the customer

• Bulk production: After the sample is confirmed to be okay, a bulk production contract will be signed. Once the customer pays a 30% deposit of the purchase price, our factory will arrange for bulk production

• Shipment: After the bulk production is completed, photos will be taken or samples of the bulk will be sent to the customer for confirmation, or the customer will inspect the goods in person. Once confirmed, the remaining balance will be paid in full, and our factory will arrange for shipment

• 5. Regarding shipment

  For items in stock, our store defaults to ZTO Express. If you need to send them to YTO, Shentong, or SF Express (other Courier services are not accepted), please leave a message with a note. Without a note, ZTO Express will be sent. Please be informed!
