2. Color and size description: Due to the background of the photo. The color difference and hue of the product may vary due to the difference in light and the fidelity of the computer monitor, which is beyond the controllable range and does not fall under quality issues. The product is subject to the actual item. If you are very concerned about color differences and minor flaws, please consider carefully before deciding whether to place an order. All the products are semi-handmade and semi-machine-made, and the dimensions are all measured by hand. It is normal to have some errors.

3. Regarding shipment: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). If you are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or through Wangwang. All products sent should be included in the list. If there are any products not included in the list, please make a note. Customized products shall be subject to the time agreed upon by both parties.
4. Express logistics: For small item purchases, the default express delivery service is YTO. For large items, express delivery or small logistics providers will be used. For bulk goods, please communicate and explain to the customer service so that you can pick up the goods in the shortest time and at the nearest location. We solemnly declare that neither express delivery nor logistics is within our control. Please do not use dissatisfaction with the service attitude or delivery time of express delivery and logistics as the basis for evaluating us.
5. Regarding signature for receipt: When the goods are delivered, please make sure to sign for them in person. If a family member, friend, or security guard signs for them, it will be regarded as receiving them in person. Please be sure to open and inspect it on the spot before signing for it. If the goods are damaged during transportation, please directly verify, claim compensation or refuse to sign for them with the delivery personnel.
6. Regarding after-sales service: If there are any product issues within seven days from the date of signature for receipt, please contact us promptly. We will respond with a replacement or exchange. Applications received after this period will not be accepted. For bulk purchase orders from online sellers and offline wholesale customers, if there are quality issues with some of the products, we can provide exchange services for the problematic products.
