3. The shipping fee for the goods used in our store has been set according to weight. The shipping fee will be automatically generated when the order is placed. If you need to order multiple products, please first add the required products to the purchase order (similar to the "add to Cart" function on Taobao), and then select and submit the order together from the products you have already purchased. This can prevent multiple products from having to calculate the first weight shipping fee multiple times.

4. No matter which express delivery company you choose, our principle is to charge reasonable fees truthfully and ensure the interests of our business friends.

Regarding transportation costs:

The postage for express delivery is calculated based on the purchase order. We default to sending Tiantian Express. We have a quotation sheet, which is calculated by the kilogram. How much is the first kilogram and how much is the additional kilogram? For specific details, you can contact our customer service.

Regarding after-sales service:

The long-term guarantee policy is: As long as there are minor quality issues with after-sales service, they can be accumulated. Once a certain quantity is reached, they can be sent back. We will replace all of them with new ones and package them together with your order and send them back. We will send back whatever is replaced without any ambiguity!

If you choose to cooperate with us for a long time, we will also consider your interests. As long as it is our product, we can provide you with a long-term warranty as long as it is not an expired item.

All orders under 300 yuan are considered as sample requests. This is our original intention of allowing purchases even in small quantities, to facilitate customers in obtaining samples. In case of any issues, if after-sales service is required on the same day, the orders can only be returned. The buyer will pay the postage for the return, and we will be responsible for sending it to you. Purchase by default accepts these terms.

We hope that customers can place orders for a long time. Customers who place orders for a long time can rest assured about the after-sales service. Our factory makes more and more complete products. Many of them are not uploaded for online sales. We only select the ones with stable and good quality and upload them to Alibaba. The bad ones are not listed.

All of our factory's products on Alibaba are fully tested before shipment, and the probability of quality issues is extremely low. We are only committed to long-term cooperation.

The buyer is required to prepay the return postage. The warehouse refuses to sign for any parcels with postage on delivery (unless otherwise specified). The postage standard for shipping to the warehouse from all over the country: The postage for shipping from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Guangdong is within 10 yuan. The shipping fee for Xinjiang and Xizang is within 20 yuan. For other regions, the postage is within 12 yuan. If the express delivery price exceeds the standard, you can complain to the Courier or choose regular postal service. For customers who return or exchange goods due to quality issues, please return the mail within this limit. Otherwise, the excess amount will be borne by the customer themselves.

Regarding your question about receiving you:

Our customer service staff are sometimes quite busy, so we may not be able to handle everything at once. As a result, we may not be able to receive you in a timely manner or reply to your inquiries promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

My principle has always remained the same: As long as both sides have a sincere attitude towards long-term cooperation, I will not refrain from doing things just because the benefits are small, nor will I avoid doing things just because the customers are small.
