Product performance
The Luoying single ball rubber joint has good elasticity and a long service life. It especially has a relatively good adaptability to some harsh installation environments.2. When installed on pipelines, it can compensate for the axial, lateral and angular displacements of the pipelines, ensuring their stable operation and thus extending their service life.
3. It has excellent vibration and noise reduction functions, greatly optimizing the operating environment of pipeline lines.
Installation Instructions
When installing, the rubber sealing surfaces at both ends of the ball must be well protected, and it is strictly prohibited to use media that do not meet the requirements of this product. Please carefully read the additional installation manual of the product before installation and use to avoid any unnecessary losses.2. The rated working pressure of the rubber joint should be one grade higher than the actual working pressure to ensure the operation of the pipeline.
3. The pipeline must have fixed supports or fixed brackets, and the force of the fixed brackets should be greater than the axial force. When installing vertically, overhead or at pipe corners, corresponding fixed brackets and force-bearing brackets should be installed at both ends of the product to prevent it from being pulled off under working pressure.
4. During the flange connection process of rubber joints, they should be installed in a diagonal and uniform pressure manner. This can prevent uneven force distribution and subsequent pipeline leakage.
5. During the installation of rubber joints, it is essential to avoid exceeding their own displacement to compensate for the vibration and thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline. The correct choice is to install limit devices or increase the number of rubber joints to share the working pressure.

Note: 1. Special requirements can be made according to the user's drawings. The flange standard adopts GB/T9115.1-2000, and flange standards (GB, HG, CB, ANSI, DIN, BSEN, NF, EN, JIS, ISO, etc.) can be selected for production. Rubber balls can be made of natural rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, etc.2. For suspended water supply, products with a diameter of DN200 or above should be used. The pipes must have fixed supports or brackets; otherwise, anti-pull-off devices should be installed on the products.
3. When users use rubber joints, the corresponding flanges should be valve flanges or flanges that comply with GB/T9115.1(RF).
Notes:1. For OEM orders with special requirement, rubber joints can be made according to customers' drawings. Generally, flange standard is GB/T9115.1-2000, other GB JB, HG, CB, ANSI, DIN, BSEN, NF, EN, JIS, ISO flanges are also available upon request. Material of rubber body can be NR natural rubber, EPDM, Neoprene, IIR butyl rubber, NBR Buna-N, FKM, etc.
2.When rubber joints size above DN200 are used for overhead water supply system, the pipes must be equipped with fixed supports or fixed brackets, otherwise control units shall be installed on rubber joints.
3.Matching flanges of rubber joints shall be valve flanges or GB/T9115.1(RF) flanges.
