【 Color Difference in Pictures 】 - All pictures in our store are taken of the actual items. However, due to reasons such as display screens or lighting, there may be slight color differences between the actual items and the pictures. Please refer to the received actual items. Buyers who require the actual items to be exactly the same as the pictures are kindly requested to think twice before purchasing. We do not accept return or exchange requests due to color differences. Thank you for your understanding!
【 Regarding Size 】 - Carefully read the size of the item before purchasing. Do not judge the size of the item based on your impression from the picture. The description will detail the relevant dimensions. (To ensure a more comprehensive display of the item, we adopted a close-up shooting approach, so please pay close attention to the dimensions.) It is best to compare with a measuring tool and confirm before taking a photo. By taking a photo, it indicates that you have no objection to the size of the product. We do not accept requests for returns or exchanges on the grounds of "unsuitable size" or "not carefully checking the size before purchase".
【 Regarding Receiving Goods 】 - Please open the package to check if the goods are intact before signing for them. If there is any damage, please contact the shopkeeper or refuse to accept them. Please have the Courier sign as proof. Otherwise, we will not be able to claim compensation from the Courier company and compensate for your losses. On the contrary, when the goods are signed for, it indicates that there is no doubt at all! If you encounter any other issues during the receiving process, please contact us promptly. We will negotiate and resolve them together. We will definitely provide you with a satisfactory response in the shortest possible time to ensure your satisfaction. Note: Receipt on behalf of the recipient is regarded as signature by the recipient himself/herself!
【 Logistics and Distribution 】 : As all our products are sold at a low profit margin, the buyer needs to bear the shipping cost. Our factory will do its best to cooperate with the customer's shipping requirements. The specific shipping cost is subject to the actual charge.
