1. Regarding the products, the profit margin of our store is very small and we rely on sales volume. Therefore, we do not accept any form of bargaining. Relevant discounts will be explained on the website. Due to large supply volumes, it is quite normal for our store to experience out-of-stock situations. If the items you purchase are out of stock within three, we will not notify you separately. However, if there are large quantities of out-of-stock items, we will inform you immediately. All out-of-stock products will be refunded.
2. Regarding quality, before shipment, there will be a dedicated department for packaging. There should be no quality issues, but it cannot be guaranteed to be 100%. Products without watermarks are basically high-quality imitations. If there are any discrepancies with the genuine ones, we regret that we cannot afford to accept them. If the product does have inherent defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will definitely solve it properly for you.
3. Size issues: Each product has its detailed dimensions measured. Since the measurement methods vary from person to person, an error of around 1m is normal. If you later blame the seller on the grounds that the recommended size was incorrect, we are sorry to say that we will not accept returns on this basis
4. Regarding color difference Color difference is an unavoidable issue for any online seller. There are many causes of color difference, such as different cameras, different monitors, different lighting conditions and environments. Color difference is everywhere. After all, machines are not human eyes. We will try our best to minimize the color difference between the actual product and the picture. If you are particularly concerned about the color of the product, please think carefully before taking a photo.
5. Regarding product returns and exchanges: 1. Please communicate with customer service before returning the product and explain the detailed situation so that your return can be tracked and handled promptly. 2. The problem products must be kept in their original packaging (please bring your own packaging and do not directly paste or write on the original factory outer box of the product). 3. We will do our best to meet the customer's requirements for the color or style of the product, but we cannot guarantee 100%. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to color or style mismatch. 4. For damaged goods during transportation, they must be raised within 24 hours after receiving the goods and registered with our after-sales customer service. Any remaining time will be regarded as the goods being in good condition this time. 5. The following conditions do not qualify for returns or exchanges: the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, incomplete product accessories or related materials, unauthorized repair or modification, and has not been used or stored in the normal way.
6. After-sales service is the most fundamental service of our company. We are willing to provide everyone with excellent after-sales service. Meanwhile, good after-sales service also requires the cooperation of customers. Please read the above instructions carefully before returning or exchanging goods and follow the above system of our company to avoid affecting the quality of after-sales service.
