Regarding color difference
All products in our store are photographed in real life. Please feel free to purchase. There may be some minor color deviations, and due to the display screen, there may also be some color differences. Therefore, the color should be based on the actual product. If you have any other questions, please feel free to consult the shop owner!
Regarding the quantity of goods
Almost all the products in our store are in stock. However, since they are sold simultaneously with physical stores, buyers who place large orders should first contact the store staff via Wangwang to confirm if they are in stock and take a selfie. Generally, they are in stock! Except in special circumstances to avoid any unpleasantness. Thank you!
Regarding signature for receipt
The seller will carefully inspect each product before shipping. However, delays and damage to the goods during the delivery process are also possible, as these incidents can occur in every delivery. Therefore, the seller is really helpless about this. We hope that the buyer will carefully check the goods before signing for them. Let's supervise together. Thank you!
Regarding returns and exchanges
For any product with quality issues, our store will take full responsibility. However, if the buyer requests a return or exchange due to issues such as disliking the color, being dissatisfied with the size, or not being as good as expected, the shipping cost for the return or exchange will be borne by the buyer themselves, provided that it does not affect our store's resale. So, before purchasing, please confirm the color and size and read the product introduction. Each product has a detailed description below. If you have any questions, please contact our store through Wangwang or by phone!
About express delivery
This issue needs to be particularly emphasized. Based on the experience of the store owner, the service attitude of each Courier in different places will vary. Some are better, while others are worse. Please do not attribute the service attitude of the Courier to the store owner. This problem is really beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding!
