Our store defaults to Best Express delivery. In urgent need, SF Express can be used. The shipping fee can be paid on delivery or the difference in shipping fee can be paid.

All logistics services adopt the form of freight collect. You can choose large logistics companies, such as Deppon, Tiandi Huayu, etc. You can also specify a dedicated logistics line by yourself. If you don't specify a logistics company, we will arrange a dedicated logistics line for you to send it out. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the pick-up point is very close.

Special note: The logistics can only be delivered to your county or district. Once the goods arrive, the logistics company will notify you to pick them up yourself. If you need the goods delivered to your door by a logistics company, please contact the logistics company yourself. Our company will not be responsible for any costs incurred

To ensure that our profits are not compromised, please make sure to carefully check the outer packaging of the package before signing for it to see if it is intact and free of any loopholes. If you have any questions, please open the package and count it in front of the logistics staff. Sign only when the goods are in good condition and the count is correct

If the quantity does not match our shipping list due to damaged outer packaging, please contact us in front of the logistics staff. We can claim compensation from the logistics company.

Under normal circumstances, if you choose to send by express delivery, we will dispatch it within 48 hours after your payment. For those who choose logistics, we will dispatch the goods within 48 hours. For those with very large quantities and insufficient stock that requires placing an order, please consult our online customer service for the specific shipping time.

If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact customer service in advance. The exchange application must be submitted to customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods

After negotiating with customer service, the items to be returned or exchanged must be sent out within 48 hours. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after this period.

If a few damages occur during transportation, the damaged quantity can be reissued during the next replenishment.

We do not accept requests for returns on grounds such as poor sales, personal dislike, or a gap from expectations. Because the products will be damaged or deformed to varying degrees during the return process, which affects our secondary sales.
