High water absorption: The superfine fibers are divided into eight segments by the orange segment technology, which increases the surface area of the fibers and the number of pores in the fabric. The water absorption effect is enhanced by the capillary core suction effect. Rapid water absorption and quick drying have become its notable characteristics.

Strong decontamination power: The microfibers with a diameter of 0.4μm are only 1/10 the fineness of real silk. Their special cross-section can more effectively capture dust particles as small as a few micrometers, and the decontamination and oil removal effects are very obvious.

No hair loss: High-strength synthetic long filaments are not easy to break. At the same time, the fine weaving method is adopted, no filaments are drawn, no loops come off, and the fibers are not easy to fall off the surface of the towel. It can be made into cleaning wipes and car cleaning wipes, which are particularly suitable for wiping bright paint surfaces, electroplated surfaces, glass, instruments and LCD screens, etc. During the car film application process, cleaning the glass can achieve a very ideal film application effect.

Long service life: Due to the high strength and toughness of microfibers, their service life is more than four times that of ordinary towels. They remain unchanged even after multiple washes. Meanwhile, high-molecular polymer fibers do not undergo protein hydrolysis like cotton fibers. Even if they are not dried after use, they will not mold or rot, thus having an extremely long service life.

Easy to clean: When using ordinary towels, especially natural fiber towels, dust, grease, dirt and other substances on the surface of the object being wiped are directly absorbed into the fibers. After use, they remain in the fibers and are difficult to remove. After being used for a long time, they may even become hard and lose elasticity, affecting their use. Microfiber towels adsorb dirt between the fibers (rather than inside the fibers). Coupled with their high fineness and density, they have strong adsorption capacity. After use, they only need to be washed with clean water or a little detergent.

Production process

This cloth is made of green and environmentally friendly textile-specific dyes and high-quality microfiber fabric, which is wear-resistant, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, oil-proof and mold-proof. At the same time, it retains the original softness of the cloth, with a soft touch and no stiffness. It does not fade even after long-term use, keeping the cloth bright and beautiful.

Size specification

The standard size is 30*30cm. Customization is available for larger quantities ; All products in large quantities can be customized according to customer requirements.
