Origin: Maipo Valley The grapes come from the "Hada Vineyard" in the Maipo Valley, which is located in the famous area of the Maipo Valley. The gentle and long autumn wind, along with the slightly alkaline soil, produces a complex and soft Cabernet Sauvignon that is different from other regions in Chile. Brewing method: Carefully hand-selected, gently destemming and pressing. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 to 10 days. During the fermentation process, grape juice is injected three times a day. After alcoholic fermentation, the grape residue is macerated and fermented for 7 to 14 days before pressing.
