Regarding color difference
All the products sold in our store are photographed in real life. Color differences are inevitable for no one. Due to the display, there may be slight color deviations in the product during the process of taking photos and drawing pictures. The color is subject to the actual product.

Regarding shipment
Our company has offline physical warehouses. The inventory area is large and the supply of goods is abundant. Generally, the goods will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment. Before shipment, the quality and packaging will be strictly inspected. However, due to logistics and weather conditions, the delay in delivery is beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Sample fabrics and color cards are delivered by SF Express with cash on delivery by default.

Please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt. If you find any quality issues, please contact our customer service promptly and negotiate a solution. We are not responsible for any goods that have been cut.
