Usage Introduction
The hand-press plastic bag sealing machine does not require an electrical switch (automatically controlled). Just plug the AC power cord into the socket and adjust the heating time according to the thickness of the material to be sealed. Place the plastic bag on the sealing surface and then press the handle. The circuit will automatically control the heating time. When the indicator light goes out, the power supply is automatically disconnected. After about 1 to 2 seconds, release the handle and it will be sealed.
If the connection is damaged, it is because the heating time is too long. Please turn the knob counterclockwise to shorten the heating time. If the street is not sealed firmly, it is because the heating time is too short. Please rotate the instantaneous needle direction of the knob to extend the heating time.
If the plastic bag sticks to the rubber pressure plate, it indicates that the cooling time is insufficient. Please extend the cooling time after the indicator light goes off and release the handle a little later.
After the heating time is adjusted properly, it should remain unchanged during use. No further adjustment is needed when it is used continuously.

Precautions
The sealing surface should always be kept clean to prevent the oxidation of residues on the sealing surface, which would reduce the lifespan of the heating strip and the high-temperature cloth.
Do not wipe the sealing surface with a damp cloth.
If the gasket under the heating strip is damaged, it will cause a short circuit and damage the heating strip. Therefore, each time the heating strip is replaced, the integrity of the gasket should be checked. If it is damaged, a new one should be replaced.
If the heating strip must be replaced, a heating strip of the same specification as the original one should be selected
